• Platform has non-exclusive license to display and distribute user-created content
• Prohibited content includes: discriminatory, offensive, or illegal materials
• AI-generated content subject to platform's content guidelines

5. Privacy and Data Management

• Personal data protected under current privacy regulations
• Profile pictures must comply with community standards
• Users can request data deletion

6. Quiz Creation and Usage

• Quizzes must not violate copyright laws
• AI quiz generation requires user verification
• Users responsible for content accuracy
• Prohibited: Creating quizzes for harassment or malicious purposes

7. Social Features and Networking

• Respectful interaction mandatory
• No harassment, bullying, or discriminatory communication
• Platform can restrict or ban users for inappropriate behavior
• Third-party communication integrations subject to additional terms

8. Technical Limitations and Disclaimer

• No guaranteed 100% uptime
• Platform not liable for data loss
• Offline and cross-device features may have limitations
• Users advised to maintain local backups

9. Payments and Subscriptions

• Pricing subject to change
• No refunds for unused subscription periods
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
